How a Leading Medical Insurance Provider Transformed the Member Experience
Our client wanted to boost member engagement in their rewards program; for this, they needed a class-leading mobile app.
When one of the leading providers of private medical insurance (PMI) solutions, covering more than one million lives globally, wanted to improve their mobile experience and member engagement, they turned to Publicis Sapient to build a new mobile app with a class-leading customer experience.
Our client, a medical insurance provider, wanted to improve their members’ user experience and to boost the number of users participating in their rewards program. For this, they needed a new mobile app to engage customers, boost the profile of new rewards partners and raise awareness of the deals on offer.
With a focus on improving the user experience, we worked in tight collaboration with the client and their partners to establish the project requirements and dependencies and to rebuild the client’s iOS app with a range of new features:
The app is already providing members with easy access to our client’s rewards program and digital services, as well as encouraging them to make healthy life choices.
