Publicis Sapient Announces Appointment of Mahin M. Samadani as Senior Vice President, Experience AI Growth

Appointment reinforces the company’s ongoing dedication to advancing AI-driven digital business transformation and integrating emerging technologies with a human-centered approach

NEW YORK, NY, FEBRUARY 13, 2025 – Publicis Sapient, a digital business transformation company, announced today the appointment of Mahin M. Samadani in the newly created role of SVP, Experience AI Growth.  Samadani will be based in San Francisco, CA. 

In his role, Samadani will work closely with Publicis Sapient’s Global Co-Chief Experience Officers Abby Godee and Jennifer Kilian, along with the global leadership team, to drive growth in AI- and experience-led digital business transformation. Building on the company’s long history of experience excellence, this strategic appointment highlights Publicis Sapient’s continued commitment to partnering with clients to drive effective experience and AI-led digital business transformation by connecting emerging technology in a human-centered approach.

Samadani has spent his career at the intersection of design, business, and technology for nearly 30 years as a trusted counselor to clients. Samadani joins Publicis Sapient from Google, where he focused on experience-led cloud and AI transformation for Google Cloud customers. Prior to joining Google, he helped start and then lead the design practice at McKinsey & Company for nearly 8 years, collaborating closely with Jennifer Kilian, Co-Chief Experience Officer at Publicis Sapient. Samadani also previously started and led the San Francisco studio for Fjord, which was a foundational element of what is now Accenture Song.  Over the last 30 years, he has brought successful brands and award-winning digital products and services to market, while working at Google, McKinsey & Company and Fjord, as well as Apple, Intel, Palm and Frog Design. His contributions and thought leadership have been featured and recognized by the US Patent Office, IxDA, SXSW, Gizmodo, American Institute of Graphic Arts, National Science Foundation, National Association of Broadcasters, Google NEXT and the Smithsonian Design Museum.
